Tobias: Weeks #41-#46 |
Everyone says that Tobias looks like Karin... |
...and they might have something there. |
Tobias also likes to crawl into things. |
Somehow, I wasn't surprised to see this picture of Karin. |
Tobias and a robot chicken (or rather, Elmo, dressed as a chicken). |
Karin, next to a hutch full of real rabbits. |
We built another house...for Tobias. No ditches were harmed (but a perfectly innocent box was mutilated) during the construction of this house. |
Like many California homeowners, Tobias is thinking of either remodeling or selling the house for a profit. |
Tobias' bed, curtesy of the Chow family. |
Tobias can see us, but there is this railing in the way. |
Can I get my leg over the side? |
I wonder if I just leap over the rails? |
I don't have to jump, Dad will come pick me up! |
These rails seem oddly familiar. |
If I put on my "mean" face, maybe I'll get extra strong and lift the gate out of the way. |
Oops, better leave the gate alone. I'm being photographed. |
Smoke 'em if you got 'em, boys. |
Did more food end up on my bib than in my mouth? |
Karin says Tobias looks like Paul in this picture. |
Pasta, the confusing food. |
Ha! I've got the camera now. Wait, what's that thing she's pointing at me? D'oh! |
Time to go in the toy box. |
These are mine, all mine. I'm a happy baby. |
This sock is ready for that wrrring thing behind the forbidden door. |
Bouncers are for bouncing on... |
...and crawling through. |
What's this green stuff I'm sitting on? |
I wonder what grass tastes like? |
A balloon is a crawler's best friend. |
I've got you now! |
Hey, get back here! |
Don't you go takin' my ballon away. |
My first stringed instrument. |
Ukelele lessons with Dad. |
Rats, my hand is too small for barr chords. |
Watching the dance students at Stanford. |
I want you to have a clean bout, and no hitting the baby with your foils! |
Barkeep, a glass of milk with a full head on it. And make it snappy. |
The hills are alive, with the sound of people looking for their hats. |
Tobias' first winery. |
Three hundred miles south and the water is still cold. |
Should I pee or take a drink? |
I don't know what Mom is looking at, but check out the pool. |
Tobias' new game with Evan, hair pulling until their heads look the same. |
Rubber ducky says: quak. (It's an Austrian ducky.) |
Tobias, Robbie, and Johnnie. Three boys with Chinese fathers and Anglo mothers. |
Sarge, I'm in position. Tell the men I've got them covered. |
Amanda and Tobias. |
Andy, demonstrating a novel way of holding a baby. (No babies were harmed in the making of this picture.) |
